The Complex Relativity Of A New Job

How dare you! Say a harsh word to the board of management. They were the ones that casted their lots on you before you were employed, but all you could do is stand and yell with your thunderous baritone voice.

I have disciplined my inner self and no matter what you do today, i believed that a change is constant and time is a healer of every predicaments. 

These were the piece of advice from Mr. Charles Jiang, the human resource manager of Ekro Associates to Mr. Thompson on a misconduct.

Mr. Thompson Montu, a native of Quebec, Canada. On the 12th of August, in 2019, he was employed as a brand expert at Ekro Associates.

The company got driven into a brandectomy, resulting from the employees that enacted a different strategy; "out of the box strategy".

It was not proven by any expertise before they enacted it, and within a short time their productivity began declining, so they hired a brand expertise to fine tune what was wrong. After 3 months of painstakingly deciphering what  happened, the employees were brought to panel.


Mr. Thompson was their ring leader, who dished out an assurance that the strategy enacted will be effective, in as much as it is working for their competitors. They were later sacked after the 2 weeks of a severe paneling.

This prompted Mr. Thompson to search for another job while he learnt from the experience, which painted a picture of "what works for others is inversely proportional to your strategy". Every individual has a different wiring of neurons, so also every brands has a different built.

He got a job at El Habib Agency, a branding and marketing agency. He was employed as a brand strategist, where he worked tirelessly because of the prior experience at his ex-company, and also doubled his productivity.

Everybody liked him. And he was promoted after few months, because of his doggedness to deliver a better service to her customers. He was disciplined to adhere to instruction, and his obedience was one of the ingredients that landed him more contracts, and a well nurtured future with the clients.

When you opt out from a job, the experience that is gotten should be a building block that increases your value. The community needs a rare service, which is delivered with an understanding of the experience to increasing your productivity, and not to hamper it. You are a star on earth, so you should serve others with values.
