THE ELASTICITY ON THE WAIST OF ENTREPRENEUR
The world which entrepreneur lives in is filled with a lot of decisions made, decisions failed, compromises and uncompromises, there are no accurate fittings on its windows so they tend to look through the ancient windows into the world.
Its been much of a view and not a clear one though but living in the world of entrepreneur and viewing through the obsolete window was the last era of business that emanated before “the injection of a pandemic” group in to the world.Going through the hope that was built on the unseen, got a more hilarious colorful view that kept everyone on the fantasy atmosphere, expecting to be illuminated with it but unfortunate it went on exile. Elizabeth Gilbert an American author says “part of the elasticity that you need, in order to continue to try to create, is the foregone conclusion that not all of it is going to be fabulously successful. But it’s all going to be part of a long lifetime body of practice”. All of a sudden a rush came on three set of entrepreneur:
1. The ones that knows what they want and don’t have how-to get it idea.
2. The ones that don’t know what they want and how to get it.
3. The ones that knows what they want and how to get it.
The former holds virtual image on the world of entrepreneur casting their nets on the “ sea shore”, where there are uncertainties but they look through the obsolete windows and don’t see the uncertainty on the sea shore,they cast their nets thinking to catch a big fish, little did they know that the sum of the energy dissipated in throwing their net is tantamount to nothing so they know how to cast their net but lacks positioning in the entrepreneur world.This becoming a normal in the business world, where these entrepreneur stands for something that is absolute but stands on nothing so being aware that an “empty drums makes the loudest noise” begins with idea of what should be filled into the drum.
The intermediate holds a lower percentage in the world of entrepreneurs, they are the residue in the filtration of entrepreneur, it is a world of control which they live in and are adapted. They are tossed around by the wind because of not being aware of the “elasticity on their waist” so they lack the bands that gives entrepreneur a stretch back into the world.The old era of entrepreneur had been an exposed immune system that its altered by the “wars of antigen” so there are malfunctions on their roles to the community they serve and it have caused so many mishaps on the business stage in which the entrepreneur dance.The “born of a pandemic” into the world of entrepreneur drove many businesses to the walls, some were broken into pieces and others were reframed. The new birth had reforms in the world of entrepreneur because new businesses were found,ethics on business was changed and there were so many flexibility in the world of business so they gave birth to a new set of entrepreneur.
The later knows what they want and how to get it because they survived through the pandemic and unlearned what was learned before the pandemic so they developed a certain qualities as stated below:
1. INTEGRITY: This is the first line of check ups that shows a strong adherence to the ethics and values of oneself, it reveals honesty and character.
2. BREAKING INTO FEWS: This is the sole strategy of “focus on the few to sell more”. Breaking into smaller groups helps to cover a wider range in the business world.
3. SELFLESSNESS: Putting others interest at the front line of business without the intention to ask for help is Paramount in the business world.
These factors held the entrepreneurs world to a stand of uniformity and made the elasticity on the waist of entrepreneur to bind their community together, covered the old era of business before the pandemic and promoted the beautiful nature of entrepreneurs in the business world, the post pandemic era and kept the products or services in the air of certainty.
