Before the rise of the pandemic, a lot of entrepreneurs have been surviving on the edge using a lot of strategies rooted in the market place but no one saw the move of the  pandemic. There was no preparation of the unknown and many a few saw failure driving into their firm but no bumps to slow or an obstacle to advert it. They were affected with the wave of disappointment clothed in the pandemic.

It takes trust to firmly stand on the strategy that upholds the company when the wave of the pandemic sweep the feet of the market place. The rise of some Fortune 500 Companies began before the millennial generation then they trespassed with plans encrypted in the mind. Though it had been driving their success through decades.

The wave of the pandemic birthed the survival of the fittest and the elimination of the unfit. A lot of Fortune 500 Companies could not withstood the strategies that had driven them for a long time because of the fear of failure. Despite the expertise they employed prior to the pandemic, still there was no indepth knowledge on the decline. It also affected the employees status in the firm.

The fear of failure is the major catalyst that has birthed a decline in the market share of the Fortune 500 Companies.
