Mr. Michael Evans a marketing consultant, a native of Ontario,Canada. He grew up in Ontario, where he learnt business skills at a management school in the outskirt of the city.

He searched for his niche and followed its path, he met Mr. Carrick from the business school they both attended then he was a former class coordinator in the school. Mr. Michael had many absentee from classes because he was at striving its way on the wave that blows from the downside of life. Regardless, he surpassed all with the “adds percentage” on the balance. The duo started up a small business firm with what they have been passionate on, the skill they learnt in school and the talents they developed alongside with the experiences gotten from field works.

Mr. Michael Evans had a strength and weakness in the marketing world but he felt his friend covered his weakness and was focused on the strength built. Their firm was built in assisting other business firms in the neighborhood and an outsourcing of employees. They organized work shops and after, the employees will be sent back to their companies without a penny being paid to Mr. Michael’s firm.

It was later monetized when a lot of companies started bringing in employees for a training. The money gotten from the outsourcing, assisted in building the marketing firm and it got entangled with the mission statement they lived in and clients glorified their services to the inner ears of the community. It was an added profit to them especially in the yearly net worth and their market share was dancing to the songs of their hard work. Their clients did the first means of advertising (word of mouth referral). This is how your product or service gets into the mind of a client and its niche.

After the years they experienced a spike on their business growth , Mr. Michael’s friend bought a stock from Dows and Jones. The stock shares got into “the bears market” which he had a loss of its shares and a paralysis from the left side of the brain. He was admitted to the hospital for treatment. Mr. Michael continued with the business for a while because he did not develop a strategy to cover up his weakness, the marketing firm had a decline in the annual market share. A year after his friend's illment, he struggle on the company's growth, but was to no avail. He sold it to a business firm in the city and relocated to Florida, Miami.

On the 17th of June in 2010, he relocated to Florida, Miami. He got an apartment in the suburban of Florida and started out his plan to build a small marketing firm with a few pieces, he took to Miami. Due to the disadvantage in relocation, he started from a fresh ground with the pieces as foundation. He met with other consultants and built a forum which other business owners attended to gain experience from the stories shared. Though he wasn’t getting feedbacks as supposed.

On a cool evening, he sat down at the hill top of the country side, where he goes for a communication with his inner self. He agreed to build a marketing niche around the weakness and used his strength to grow it. He developed a strategy of transparency on his weakness and with “what he built a niche on”. Mr. Michael Evans rebranded the firm in a different ball game.

It was a “window period “ for him in the marketing world until someone who was living in the niche he created, met him in a conference and told Mr. Michael that his weakness shown to the marketing world gave him strength and experience to build his own business. He appreciated the efforts then introduced him to the CEO of a business firm that needed a marketing consultant, Mr. Michael Evans helped the company to retain its number one spot in the country. He was astonished with the contract and grew back his marketing firm connecting the former clients with the later clients forming a larger community. He climbed to the top of marketing consultants in the continent as a result of a scream heard in the niche Mr. Micheal created.
