The Murder Of Loyalty By A Shaded Transparency

Beep!!. The vibration of Mr. Donalds phone awakened the anger of a colleague.

He mistakenly, left the phone on its desk after a suddened call from his pregnant wife as was earlier advised, by the doctor to keep a bird eye on her.

Mr. Donald is a hardworking man, who engages in a calculated risk even at the refusal of the colleagues to join any task given. He has an affinity of transparency on whatever he does and its been a selling point. Nine months ago, he got a promotion out of loyalty to the service.

The colleagues had been a thorn on the ground he treads on. Irrespective of the fact, he was a lover of all and evenly distributed an important message from the stakeholders to the employees.

After the promotion, Mr. Donald was given a task with his colleagues to visit the old customers that have left the brand's circle. He diseminated the information, and also gave a necessary strategy on the means of getting a better feedback.

This shaded transparency grew in the heart of the colleagues that every given task was proven abortive.

The company's trust on his abilities, started dwindling and the excitement was also shedding off, like leaves in the autumn. He could not envisaged the location of the leaks but it kept getting worse and became an abandoned item in the lurch.

On a fateful day, , a client called the customer service for a scheduled appointing with Mr. Donald but was told he left the office for an unexplained reason.

When Mr. Donald returned to office, he was told about the cancelled appointment. The expression of the colleague, and the aggression from the previously vibrated phone left on his desk, crept in a thought.

He took a leave, to keep an attentive  eye on his wife and to explicitly understand the odds which he had been against in the work place.

During the day, he took every file on of the aborted task and painstakingly did a survey on the process and on the involvement of energies from each colleague.

Not quite long, he found a shaded transparency on the company then sent an email to the CEO, signifying the reasons of the aborted task with  an evidence.

It was further proven to be true and all the employees with a shaded transparency on the company, were paid their allowances and got sacked. Mr. Donald regained his loyalty from the clients and the company.

A shaded transparency is built when an employee has a taker mindset, and it leads to a brandectomy. A mental attitude on a regular check should be encouraged on a brand experiencing a bad customer servicing.
