ood day Mr. Jones, we have been calling to inform you about the abrupt change in the work place but thanks to your creator for subconsciously ordering both pathways. The management had a crucial meeting to shake off every nook and cranny for a better reformation of the service to the community. Mr. Jones pitied the employees on the calamitous news based on the sack letter sent to a few percentage and wish them good luck in finding solace on their new job. He was dumb founded at the announcement from the Marketing Manager in charge of the company but was astonished by the freedom. We were all suprised at the obvious astonishment on his face and wondered why.

Mr. Jones was a native of Omaha, Nebraska. He is 5.6 feet tall and a beaded man with a plus size body. He has a lot of tappers trousers because he enjoys the freedom from the shackles of a suit and tie which he wore to work seldomly. He was often called a gangster marketing expert that knows every root of his job.

On the 4th of January in 2016, the company was bought and a new management emerged. Ever since, its emergence there have been a dubiousness from the management and Mr. Jones being aware of their biased decision often opposed it becoming a thorn in their flesh. This lingered that even when he was sent to deliver a service to a client, he was been told what to say. It was growing the company shares but they were not bothered on the why but their major concern was to control the habits of the employees and how they represent the company.

The new Chief Executive Officer had a taker mindset so it pounced on the employees that allowed the emotions in. On the Wall Street Journal, the company was painted red and green which signifies excitement, bold and growth to the general public but not in its policy. They gained the public trust and it resulted to a high increase of their gross profit in the market share. Its often said all that glitters are not gold.

Mr. Jones " journeyed through the wilderness for three years " in the company. Though, the market share dwindled after the two years of its manipulation. Resulting from the declining of market share in the company, the management decided to lay off the "bad eggs". On the 9th of October in 2019, he received the sack letter prior to the announcement by the Marketing Manager. He called a friend to inform him about it. Mr. Jones's friend invited him for a dinner night which their company was holding for the stakeholders and customers that had promoted their brand positioning in the market place. 

He attended the party with his friend in a reception of the top business men in the marketing field and in an aura of Mrs. Michelle Obama as a guest honor. He was delighted to be in the gathering.  The CEO of McKinsey Company was introduced to him via his friend and Mr. Jones shared his story as a lesson to other employees going through the same phase. In the morning, he received a mail to come over to McKinsey Company for a one way discussion with the board management. He called the friend to inform him. As usual, the friend gave him a piece of encouragement and told him " that he is the greatest man on earth ", it trippled his worth. After the appointment, he went home as a happy man. In three days, he received a mail which he reluctantly opened and saw the appointment letter from McKinsey Company of his resumption as the new marketing manager.

To every cloud, there is a silver lining and the truth is, irrespective of the nimbus cloud, the sun still find its way to shine on the earth and sustains its production.
