The pool temperature is essential in producing a suitable atmosphere for the employees to deliver their value to the community.

5. COMPETITIVE ANGLE : The market place has an angle of elevation, which entrepreneurs are passionate. This competitive angle creates an energy in making a better service. This tectonic plate causes a survival of the fittest and the elimination of the unfit in the market place.

6. APEX OF PRIORITIES : The order of importance in the market place, births a representation of the mental picture on the community. Companies have sought for ways to arranging the orders for a better service, but the more they create leaks in the community served. This tectonic plate causes an irregularities when it is not properly arranged.

7. THE SOOT : This is the last tectonic plate resulting in the after math. The soot distributes on the community and darkens the service. It could cause a displacement of the brand relevance and it leads to the rise of zombie brands.
