Silence is the answer but not in a brandectomy, echoed the marketing expertise that walked in. They were  shrugged by the statement he made and the curiousity to know why but unknowingly the expertise gave them a task in the knowledge of a zombie brand.

Mr. John and his team was curious to know why silence is the answer but not in a brandectomy. This birthed the relationship in a zombie brand.

 All necessary arrangement was made and they left the city in search for zombie brands. Though they were not the only team given the task but they took the bull by the horn. It was intriguing, packing their bag packs for a mission of truth.

The effectiveness of a leader begins from the quest of a knowledge that Mr. John and his team embarked on but it was clearly heard by all. A lot of entrepreneurs aim higher to achieve those goals but the lack of action yields a fantasy. They are perplexed on the flatteries when a right thing is done instead of building on the already existing platform.

Mr. John met a former worker of All Nuts Bakery in the outskirts of Melbourne, Australia. An organisation that specialized on baking bread with mixed nuts. That could be something you did try at home lol. They kept the bread dough hot on every purchase. 

The worker in All Nuts Bakery told Mr. John's team  about the kick before the brand became a zombie.  According to him,  a lot of research was done on the brand after the forecasting of its decline especially in the strategy that was left dormant on the service to the community. 

The employees protrayed a nonchalant attitude whenever a value is offered and are keen to their attitude despite the  complaints on a deafness when laid . 

 The brand had a few customers they hoped to build a stronger bond with in the market place.  Innovation was said to be in the bin after a painful crafted strategies from the expertise they employed.  The employees were indifferent to the task because they have told the board of management about their unmet needs.

It affected the market share and after a huge loss, they could not help but lay off a few percentage of employees but it got worsened when their market share fell below a minus 2.6%. The remedy was abortive so they closed up sale.

 Mr. John asked a series of question which he listened and got to know, that a silent is the answer not in the brandectomy. A deafness on the onset of a brandectomy leads to the ineffectiveness of the service offered at the market place which a lot of brands suffer from.  A brandectomy is essential but the probability of its survival after the process determines. 

The becoming of a leader in the market place, creates an activeness on every strategy in delivering a better service to the community and silent creates a vacuum filled with non essentials.
