 A never ending market place is where we inhabits and more of our energies had been instilled but it is been an uprightness in the strategy created. 

At times, I ponder what the next trend might be in the market place that will sweep every Fortune 500 Companies at their feet but many a few had been swayed, by the inculcated faith they put up to their decision and are often eroded to the massive decline in their market share.

It creates an active workplace in putting all to the energy created from the inner self. I charge you all to be adamant of the north wind that destroys the firmness of a strategy unleashed in the market place. 

The newly employed marketing expertise advised the old employees at the conference room in the firm.

Lead !!. Everyone has got a position in the market place which boost the motivation in an entrepreneur.

 They tilt and fall to the other side leaving their empty space to be dominated by another entrepreneur that has got the technical know how. The market drains your energy but fortunately give back the energy drained in a hundred fold.

Though, there had been unseen hurdles that come unexpectedly. Nevertheless, we stood firm to the community. Cheers.

In the millennia, there had been trend setters resulting from a leading of the community that mirrors its reflection in the market place and many companies had been on their feet of survival. The millennia brought a survival of the fit and the elimination of the unfit. 

They swing back and forth like a pendulum bob searching for the easiest way to opt out from the new trend. 

The attitude of the entrepreneur in the market is the sole purpose of their swinging back and forth and this should be properly checked.

The important strategy that Apple Company inhabits is leading your followers and it has paid off since its inception. Zara a fashion company which posses an affinity for a frequent trend setting on all its retail office though for the early adaptor but they have been at the edge in the market place creating pathways for others. Henry Ford the founder of Ford Motors Company innovated a wheeled automobile car out from the horse ridden transportation though it caused a lot of controversies but aftermath, everyone followed the trend. 

If the cofounder followed others in the obsolete pathways created, the market would not have been better place for all entrepreneur to live.

Leadership is creating a pathway for others to follow successively and also paving a way by the followers for the niche to follow for a better servicing in the market world.
