Unfortunately, they want their task to be accomplished and a lot of employees ignores the employers want and tends to meet their own needs even at work hours. Procrastination is a predator that preys on the employees laziness in the task given. The lack of a channelled commitment promotes the deception of time and are often rescheduled, declining the outcome of productivity at that specific time.This causes the advent of  brandectomy in the market place when its overly done.

Amongst the employee strategies, there should be a timely point at the mission statement and the similarities between it and their priorities in order to live a balanced life at workplace. Employees never fathom the depth of their competence even at workplace because they think they are unfit for the task ahead and falls out in place. The self realization drives one through the world of laziness with the firm knowledge of competency. Bill Gates an American businessman says " giving a lazy employee a task drives a quicker outcome on the productivity ". They have a shallow view on their attitude and ignores the competency. It is undisputing, that attitude is everything and it can also be linked to its competency but employers are always focused on the wrongs and it poses a sack from their job. Every employee has its usefulness in the market place.

The competency of an employee should be looked into especially during recruitment. One of the top applied strategies of the 500 Fortune Companies is " hiring and recruiting the best ". Its streamlined from a focus on their competency and helps to gain the knowledge of using it to get the work done quicker even in the " robe of laziness ". Based on research, Mr. Boris Johnson the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom possesses an incompetency in the competency of getting a task done and this makes its outcome to be quicker and productive to the community served. The competency of a lazy employee opposes a brandectomy from occurring in the market place and a light should be shown on it.
