An urgency on the "who to follow" drives humanity to a state of disorderliness, abrupt confusion and seeking for solution on their problem, ignites a curiosity in them and often times they are settled for a lesser outcome from the decision made. The mirage seen on their personality creates a doubt and drives a non-determinant world for others because of the engulfment on the deception from the inner most.
It results to a surrendering and that is why we often lack the knowledge of the components of what others want in us, because we need the "manna" we tend to sell our birthright. A deceptive mind often leads to a shattering world. Leaders are followers at an early stage but for the “sold birthright” we remain as followers and expect the change we need to come from others. How possible?
An awareness in the millennial generation exposes the missing link and we have searched for ways to opt-out from the slavery into freedom so there are seven connecting dots in a leadership.

1. LISTENING: Giving an ear to the complaints of others ignite the passion to lead more and it even solve a micro problem quickly. The closure of the follower and the listener increases but often time we tend to act busy on their complaints or when asked question escapes from our mouth we don't take the time to pay attention on the response of “what they feel, think and act" so we easily conclude that there are mishaps in the leadership because of the lack of a good conversation. Roy T Bennet an American author says “sometimes all a person wants is an empathetic ear, all he or she needs is to talk it out, just offering a listening ear and an understanding heart for his or her suffering can be a big comfort”.

2. PATIENCE: When we listen, we often sit back and envisage the response but when patience is lacked, hurrying sets in and quick to exhibit a behavioral pattern to the others, sending a message of "hurry up". It drives the responder into a state of confusion, muting words that was supposed to be spoken for clarification. Most leaders especially the amateurs has a "patience deficiency" disease but they are not aware because of the rigidity on a sentence that implies "leaders are naturally impatient".

3. FLEXIBILITY: Leaders are flexible in their true nature but most of them are adamant in decision making and lives in a monopoly world, where their followers suffers from their decision and they never cared on what happens. Being a leader requires listening from both ears, thinking from both hemispheres and working out the actions through both nervous systems. Its a step by step process of decision making and a check for anti-success.

4. TRANSPARENCY: This is a hard-knot to tie especially for leaders. A true leader opens up and puts followers in charge to control the environment they live in. When a "wolf in a sheep clothing " appearance is exposed it often leads to a rebellious leadership because the followers intends to know "who you are and what is in for them" so the ability to decipher it and recruit them to be in charge promotes the understanding in the leadership world but when ignored, it grows a rebel.

5. FAITH: The followers you recruit, it's going to stand and watch your decision be materialized in a way you designed it that makes them to stand in awe of your leadership. At times, most of the leaders tend to be unstable why expressing their believe on the decisions and it  sways the attention of the followers from you but knowing your stand builds a firm foundation of your feedback from the leadership.

6. EMPATHY: Leading from the experience of a follower creates a bond that is built on trust. A true leader listens to the followers and empathetically follow. It drives to a point of togetherness where needs are being solved with all " hands on deck" and often times it promote a good service in the leadership. Absorbing the emotions of the followers helps to create the environment  they live in and lead from it.

7. GOODWILL: A true leader is a home of all but majority tends to ignores the sacrifice and never act on the benefits of the followers. Giving, helps followers to reach out to the community and also promote the ability to survive  through the tough times in leadership. Louis Tomlinson a English singer says “always be nice to people whatever how bad they are to you. To show them that you are not like them”. Knowing what your followers want and how to serve them sacrificially, grows an amateur in a better served world.
