How To Survive Against All Odds In A Challenging Era

Boisterously, we are birthed into what the holy writings in the book of proverbs says; "My child, pay attention and listen to my wisdom and insight. Then you will know how to behave properly, and your words will show that you have knowledge - Love wisdom and she will make you great. Embrace her, and she will bring honor".

Perusing through the holy writings above, it prompted me to an insight i had on routines to my workplace. Back in the early millennia, i got a job in an offshore company called Mathos Services in affiliation with Xenoil Drilling Services. Where i was employed as a stock manager. At first, i had no experience working on offshore, but curiosity led me to it.

So my first day of resumption, we had to travel on the sea for barely about 4 hours with a speed boat, that has its engine situated at the distal part.

After a while, i got interested to know how the speed boat cut across the sea waves, so i asked the sailor. He told me to observe its erratic movement alongside with the sharp edge of the speed boat. I watched closely as the sharp edges cut across the waves, and how it sailed on the top of its ripple, swinging at every side as it cut across.

I took that waves and its ripples to be the challenging moment that arises in life, and the sharp edges of the speed boat as a wisdom, which is an iota in cutting through those challenges in other to experience a triumph. Those were the lessons, the sailors wanted me to learn personally, so I could know what life entails. That changed my perspective.

This life is a replica of the survival of the fittest, and those that can't survive through becomes eliminated by the challenge. At this point, i'm grateful to my creator for his guidance and insight. It is not a wishful thing to experience sea pirates.

Many of us have lived a life that has got us overwhelmed with challenges, and we often think that the world had capsided on us. But, it is certain that for every dark tunnel, there is always a light at the end.

In surviving a challenge, we have to be deeply rooted in wisdom and knowledge, and without its affinity we are often dwelling in the ignorance, which exposes us to every challenge. Without sharpening the curiousity to defeat those hurdles, we are bound to be controlled by them. This differentiates a good leader and a follower.

Many of us, are quick to run into a challenge without a knowledge on it, suddenly we are seen crashing. We do not prepare in battle as most of us do, or read in an examination. Preparation is the key to victory.

Some people enact so many irrelevant solutions to a challenge and when it do not prove productive, they are quick to conclude and accept being victimized. Knowledge breeds specificity. Know your challenge, seek for the specific knowledge to conquering it, and always poses a superior mentality over every circumstances.
