The Shortest Route Of Becoming A Good Leader

Life is like a shifting cultivation. Some farmers leave the land they ought to till and move over to the other place because of lack of patience, while some farmers leave the land to another because they have tilled it so much that enough nutrient has to be replenished. In search of a greener pastures, we have missed the specific position that was supposed to build us into becoming, what we have always wanted to be.

The holy writings inscripted that "Abraham wandered till 75 years before realizing the purpose, he was sent on earth to achieve. Take a cognizant view of the age wasted, and how the people that was attached to his purpose, suffered before realizing his purpose. Age is just a number that keeps reminding us of our very existence on earth. I'm glad that he realized his purpose before a 100 years.

Let us take a stroll back to our lives. Many has wandered off the earth in search of greener pastures and not realizing the sole purpose, while many posed to be searching for the purpose reluctantly. We have talked about legacy, sing about it, write it on our door post but the fact remains that without a known purpose, a legacy can not be built. Purpose preceded legacy.


It is never a late time to discover purpose as far as you are breathing. Mr. Chadwick Boseman, an American actor. Battled with a colon cancer for 4 years, before he went into the beyond. Irrespective of his deadly and painful situation, he decided to exude his purpose in acting. Though he had kicked the bucket, the world stand still and observe a minute silent whenever he is been called. His purpose preceded the legacy, he laid in our heart.

An apparent prediction comes from our tender age, where we were seen to have proposed what we wanted to be while growing. Though, few have the privilege of becoming what they have always clamored for, while many of us have been patterned into becoming what nature has for us. So far it has been an amazing journey in developing our spiritual, mental, physical capabilities. We are still on the journey of a self discovery.

But in all, a prompt knowledge on what is needed to be done earlier, begins with the consciousness that time waits for no one, so the drive to finding our purpose with the slightest opportunity we have, and enacting it makes us to understand what "times and seasons" entails.

 The only permanent thing on earth is change. We should not be bothered if our change is frequent, because in becoming a leader through a short route, you must find yourself by isolating from the crowd or viewing through the crowd from a distant.

Nobody is created empty. Everybody has a gift that is embedded in them waiting for its manifestation, but a curiosity to becoming a leader births the gift into the world. 

The fact that you are employed in the white collar job is not a yardstick, that you should shut up what has been deposited in you. We were selected out of the million sperm cells in the ovarian tube, that was the sign of a unique leader impinged on us to be birthed into the well positioned earth. Rise up and take the bull by the horn, the earlier you discover your purpose, the happier the world becomes.
