Some workers had been shown to exhibit a non chalant attitude, which nature always has a way to repay their deeds. Unknowingly, they are repaid in ways that can not be fathomed, but a careful observation births a regret.

Integrity is the mirror that reflects who you are, and not what you think you are. It brings a focus to self discipline. 

Self discipline defines how we curb our loses, and turn it into a better productivity. A good job attracts a good attitude, so it should be upheld as our main personal core value. Everybody wants someone they can trust, and this poses a question in our heart; are we trustworthy?.


The relationship of your job reflects on your integrity. Some workers are left with no choice, but to settle for a menial job and overtime they exist in the atmosphere of complaints, because their level of integrity can not be matched with what the job requires.

The attitude of a worker preempts a coarsiveness that dampens your service, especially when they ought to feel the value of your service. Everyone holds a self protecting image.

Whenever we are told about our attitude, many a few are eager to exit based on the correction but the leftovers are adamant, because an infidelity of integrity has eaten deep into their fabrics.

The happy moments we experience, results to an ovation on our integrity in birthing what we firmly stand on.
