The Start-Up The Goal The Satisfaction

My friend. Mr. Tom Lucas, a native of Melbourne, Australia. He is 5.7 feet tall, with a well arranged set of dentition that is sparkling even in the dark. He is fair in complexion, with a pointed nose and a flat top hair. He often likes a cheese and a hamburger especially during lunch breaks, and he hails from a family of five. He graduated from Queens College, Melbourne in South East of Australia.

Mr. Tom Lucas, has the proliferated likes of a basketball and a volley ball as a hobby, which he devotes his leisure time. After work, he always goes to the court to have a fun out of the boys playing basketball and most times, he organizes the youths into involving in sports to reduce the crime in the neighborhood.

As a brand marketer, he visits other brands to purchase a product and services to understanding how they exhibit their strategy into a better productivity to their customers, and most times to creating a relationship with an employee or a customer. All for the purpose of understanding, how their services are been done.

He had an appointment from the relationship created. And, was often seen writing the striking key notes prior to meeting with a client or before an interview. Afterwards, he compares the similarities between the countless numbers of individual, who poses an express way of information. He has the gift of gab. When he talks to people, they unleash the information that is embedded in them. Same he did with the youths, who got involved in basketball. He likes knowledge from all spheres of life. He is one of the knowledge lovers, I know.

On 25th of February in 2018, he began a start-up that had its mission statement on "delivering a good service with value and sustainability of growth to the community". Which he promise underly and tends to deliver overly. Even without enough supports from his family, he still strived to becoming what he aimed at.

Becoming our aim is what does not need others approval. But in enacting our inner strength, and a believe that whatever we are set to achieve is possible, if we can only take that bold step irrespective of the odds.

The start-up yielded a lot of insight exuding from the youths he coached, but there was only one thing that was excluded. He had gone to many venture capitalist, which they

refuted on sponsoring the start-up. As a zealos man, he scampered around to getting a little money that could serve the few ones that he needed to train, and the guest speakers he invited.

This was challenging. On each day, he wore a worn out shoes, and an old torn trousers that had loosened its elasticity around the butt region. He also hitch-hiked home. But the goal was still at sight, because he knew where he was headed. That is an iota of a great leader.

Many a time, what we started do not yield a productivity, because of the surpassing challenges. Let us be reminded on what our inner self says. We should have a picture of the heroes that had fought to making the world a happier place, which they also passed through diverse challenges, but did not give up. They know that for every race there is a prize.

After 3 months, Mr. Tom Lucas was awarded a contract by the government to train 5,000 selected youths, which 65 per cent came from Melbourne. That was the starting point of breakthrough he had, and an opportunity to making the world a happier place.

Never give up, challenges are meant to be overcome, if we can only look up, stand up and get-on-the-go, we will always WIN.
