The Boldness Of A Leader; The Certainty Of A Die Hard Follower

 It is inscripted in the book of proverbs that "The mark of a good leader is a loyal followers; leadership is nothing without a following".

Boom. Run! Run! Shouted a leader; we have been scaffolded with uncertainty, which poses as a giant to us. So the followers ran for dear life but they could not get to the gate, before they were all ambushed and got killed, including the leader of the group. In another paraphrase. Fight! Fight! Fight! You have got a better chance to defeat your enemies, because there is always victory for anyone that believes in defeating a challenge, standing on the way to triumph. Peradventure, some would have died as a hero and some would have also survived as a hero.

These was the words of a leadership expert, which echoed through the four walls of the hall.

 Mr. Sean Carlye, a native of Ontario, Canada. He was often ridiculed at his college days, because of a deformity of the lower limb. That did not deter him from exhibiting a good leadership skills, as he was seen amongst the brilliant in class. He got high grades as a result of the strategy of influence, he applied while at college and used it to developing his weakness.

 He graduated and decided to follow his passion. Most of us, during our college days, we often felt motivated through the ridicules from our friends or tutors. Sometimes, it stings our sense of humor that we have been defeated, because of the mockery or intimidation. Do me a favor, by standing up, dust off your butt and get back hesitantly to your task, because you are made to win. Quitters do not win, so you are special.

He started organizing a mini seminar for every youth in a barely get-along-street, down the block. Next to Grumble Alley. Canvassing for a change and offering them a better life to opting out from crime, and other moral vices. He gained familiarity with his daily routines of organizing the youth especially the felons, and some other gangster members into teaching them how to enact their skills. Reminding them that they were sent to earth for a purpose and without a curiosity, dormancy knocks on the door. They were amazed, that a man with a deformity could turn a lot of young ones thought into a positivity.

 "But not for the fact, that we are all tied up with our busy schedule, and nobody is giving to me so why will I give or render a service to another. I'm just comfortable with the little I have and I'm not complaining to any body, so nobody should complain to me". This is the thought of a typical American, and some people in other parts of the world. It is a coarsed thought gotten from an obsolete source, that is filled with greed. Even the world was birthed in love, and caring for others makes us a source. "A source that knows what to do never runs dry"

 Mr. Sean Carlye's motivated a lot of people in the community. I'm glad that he surpassed those challenges on his body, and environment with boldness into caring for the amazing people, that was predestined to enjoy his service. This got him a die hard followers. We can do more, if we only take that bold step and walk out of every opposed thought, that tells us we are not worthy of a good life".
