Many a time, that we are dejected from the ill gotten results because of the compromises. The amygdala is triggered with the prior memories, which poses a regret. In these time, it is hard not to throw in the towel of a good service.

But it will always test our certainty, if we are determined to birthing our values. But, that is a greedy perception and when we give a damn about their attitude, they still complain of a "too much attention on them". Naturally, they do not get selected into any leadership position, despite a nomination.

When we position our character into what will benefit our community, peradventure, we always get appreciated in return which creates a good relationship to the people, we render our services to.
