The Endless Road Of A Good Leader

Seldomly, do we get encouraged by our psychic power which leads us into a fathomness. Though, it may seem the end, but it begins a whole different route.

Mr. Jonathan Johan, was born into the family of five, in the East Coast of Atlanta. Where, they scratched through the crumbs to survive. Peradventure, to see the next sunlight, they had to cling unto the only hope of surviving and everybody in the house, got stationed as a street side beggars at each blocks. They lived at a barely get-along-street, down the end of a block, right next to Grumble-Alley.

Though, the parents had to sort for a job, but for every attempt it was a no avail and their bills were pulling up, so they had no option than to turn to every passerby(s). The little money gotten was to support him and his kid sister in a school that was in the same neighborhood, the remaining money was to put a meal on the table for each day, but it varies sometimes. There was no hope for a three-squared meal.

He had a drop out from his college, to enable Michelle, his kid sister to go through the four walls of a high school. She graduated and got admitted into college. Meanwhile, he got entangled with a sales marketing company, and after much scrutiny, he was employed as a sales person. Out of curiosity, he took much time for a personal development. The little money he realized from the job, was used to assisting his parents into training his kid sister out of the college.

The most tragic moment, happened when he was twenty years. Mr. Jonathan's mother, suffered a colon cancer for two years. After much invested money from the little purse they had, alongside with ever flowing tears they deposited daily at his mother's bedside, all was to no avail. She later passed on.

This was a challenging moment for him and his family. Though, his father also had been bedridden, immediately the wife was diagnosed of a stage 3 colon cancer. He fell into the cold hands of paralysis, and got bedridden. Mr. Jonathan could no longer work in the sales company. Irrespective of the skills he learnt from a daily experience with clients, he still couldn't curtail his emotions. Before quitting, he almost pounced on an ill-mannered client, that reminded him of his background. The client knew him while at the barely get-along-street.

After the death of his mother, he decided to learn a shoe making in a nearby cobbler's shop. He dedicated all his time and energy into learning different ways not to make a good shoe, and a way to make a good shoe. After years of service to the cobbler, he opted out at the end of the agreed date of service termination.

He saved up money while in the shop, so it was the same money he used in opening a mini cobbler's shop, outskirt of the neighborhood.

Three Months later, a breakthrough happened. While in the cobbler's shop, he had painstakingly made a shoe for someone that did not appreciate his work at first, but when it was taken home, his wife loved it before any one else. The company that he works in, wanted to produce a similar kind of shoe for all the staff. During its deliberation, the man reflected on the cobbler's boy that painstakingly made his shoe, despite the insults he was still appreciative via the patronage.

He quickly suggested Mr. Jonathan Johan to fit in the contract. He searched for him, and was directed to his workshop via the advert he placed on billboards with the help of his old time friend. When he saw the worker at first, he could not recognized him, but the worker apologized and told him about the contract. He happily opted in. That incident changed the life of Mr. Jonathan Johan and his family into a happy living life. They could still reach out to the poor, and encouraged every vision driven person on the earth.
